Academy Cloud SMS Notifications
Academy Cloud LLC (“Academy Cloud”) offers an SMS messaging program that allows users who provide their consent to receive text message notifications related to Academy Cloud services.
Messages may include account notifications, registration confirmations and reminders, schedule changes, team or academy updates, tournament information, payment and billing reminders, roster-related information, event notifications, and other service-related communications.
Participation in the Academy Cloud SMS Messaging Program is optional.
Consent to Receive Messages
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Academy Cloud, you consent to receive recurring text messages at the mobile telephone number you provided.
Message frequency varies depending on your account activity, organization, team, tournament, events, and notifications.
Message and data rates may apply.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Opting Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any Academy Cloud SMS message.
After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages through the SMS program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Message Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the effective transmission by your wireless carrier and/or network operator. Academy Cloud cannot guarantee that SMS messages will be received.

Message frequency varies.
Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you by Academy Cloud and messages you send to Academy Cloud. Please contact your wireless carrier for information regarding your messaging or data plan.

Academy Cloud respects your privacy. Information collected in connection with the SMS Messaging Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy:

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Academy Cloud may modify or discontinue the SMS Messaging Program at any time. We may also modify these SMS Messaging Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
These SMS Messaging Terms apply to messages sent through Academy Cloud services notwithstanding any provision elsewhere in these Terms stating that these Terms apply only to the AcademyCloud.net informational website.
